You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our production lines and installations. You ensure that our machines and equipment are operating optimally, allowing us to continue the production of sustainable cosmetic products without interruptions. You play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and quality of our production processes.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Performing scheduled maintenance on machines and installations according to the maintenance plan.

• Inspecting and checking equipment to detect and prevent early failures.

• Documenting maintenance work and findings in the maintenance management system.

Corrective Maintenance:

• Quickly and effectively resolving technical malfunctions in machines and production lines.

• Analyzing failures and taking appropriate actions to prevent recurrence.

• Supporting the optimization of failure-prone processes and machines.

Installation and Commissioning:

• Assisting with the installation of new machines and equipment.

• Performing tests and commissioning of new installations.

• Collaborating with external technicians and suppliers on more complex projects.

Safety and Quality:

• Adhering to safety regulations and procedures during all tasks.

• Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of production and maintenance processes.

• A completed MBO-level education in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the cosmetics sector.

• Experience with the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proactive and solution-oriented.
