As a Line Worker, you play an important role in the production process of our natural cosmetic products. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, making sure the products are processed correctly according to our high-quality standards. You contribute to an efficient production process and ensure our products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Production Process:

• Carefully pack and unpack products according to prescribed procedures.

• Inspect the quality of products and report any deviations.

• Assist in setting up and adjusting the production line for different production runs.

Quality Control:

• Perform interim checks to ensure products meet high-quality standards.

• Contribute to improving product quality by accurately monitoring and reporting any issues.

Collaboration and Safety:

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the production line operates as efficiently as possible.

• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Actively contribute to a positive work atmosphere and a culture of collaboration and respect.

• A completed VMBO education or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required.

• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently, even under time pressure.

• Flexible and willing to work in shifts.

• Reliable and responsible.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Proactive and solution-oriented when identifying and solving problems.

• Quality-conscious with an eye for detail.
